Publishes an account resolved after initializeWithAPIKey — onboarding creates the account mid-flow, so a host that launched without one would otherwise emit nothing for the whole run.
Ignores a blank id, and does not overwrite an account the host already named: within one app run the events belong to that account, and a flow resolving a different one must not silently re-point them.
